DESCRIPTION:Join us for a transformative day of shamanic drumming as SunGate and Totem Health unite to guide you on a profound journey. \nPre booked participants can choose what drum design they would like. All drums are 16″ Buffalo hide. \nWe have Raven\, Wolf\, Eagle\, Jaguar or Plain. \nOur journey commences with the presentation of your exquisite drum. As we collectively open sacred space\, Skie imparts wisdom on the profound purpose of these sacred instruments. Through a guided journey\, you’ll forge a profound connection with your new Buffalo Hide Shamanic Drum. Delve into the ancient art of smudging with sacred herbs\, and receive a genuine condor prayer feather imbued with sacred energy. Engage in breathwork\, allowing the rhythmic vibrations of the drum to guide your transformative journey. You will relieve techniques to practice and rhythms to play with. \nThe day culminates in a powerful drumming circle around a crackling fire\, led by Skie with the large Pow Wow drum from Totem Health. Together\, we’ll awaken the spirit of the drum\, immersing ourselves in its sacred rhythm. \nConclude your journey with a wholesome and delicious homemade vegan chili\, nurturing body and soul. \nEach participant will receive a 16-inch Buffalo Hide Drum\, beater\, case\, and condor feather to keep\, along with a hearty bowl of chilli to enjoy. \n
