Welcome to the Goddess Warrior Heart process.
Welcome my goddess family, I’m Skie for those I’ve not met yet.
It so lovely for Skie to be able to share some of the wisdom she received from Heather Ash, who is the author of ‘warrior heart practice’. Through Heatherash’s teachings Skie changed her perspective on how her life can unfold and more importantly, around who she wanted to be in the world and how to express that as a woman. She also realised her pain and heartbreak in life was often at the disspointment of other women, not men. The warrior heart practice brought her back to herself and enabled her to keep her power whilst holding other women in loving kindness. Then she moved into holding that space with past events from men and societies harshness.
I truly hope you all benefit from the 12 weeks Skie will be sharing here and from stretching yourself into the work and exercises.
This 12 week course is interactive, meaning we work together. Every relationship in life is 50/50, so this will be an interactive online course. Requiring you to expand and allow yourself to move into a space of growth and refreshing new perspectives.
We move TOGETHER through these 12 weeks, so really pay attention to your little voice that will pop up, she’s in there. We just need to see her and not give all our power to her. She is the voice of opinion, that wants you to turn away from growth, Liberation and expansion. That little voice loves you to stay small and safe in your cocoon world.
We will be moving into finding your big soul voice, she’s the one we need to listen to more.
